I tried to uninstall it, even following the Program instructions (uninstall elements under Add and Remove Programs - BUt they are not There!) I disabled the Wallpaper changer under MSCONFIG. Dear All, I am looking to disable the "Set as Wallpaper" feature in IE5 so that users cannot change the wallpaper (at all) in NT4 (when the Display Settings have been disabled). I cannot change the desktop background on my computer. It always remains white. Also when I click on the desktop tab in properties, it only gives me the option to change the background colour. I cannot change it to a picture. I cannot click anything on the background list nor can I click on Browse.
